EcoHouse was appointed as the main contractor for one of the most complex and challenging projects the company has undertaken: a full refurbishment of a 450 sqm Richmond property, including a loft conversion, a new roof, and a 75 sqm basement dugout.
The house had been unoccupied for two years, qualifying for a 5% VAT rate, and was in poor condition. The project required extensive structural works, including the installation of 10 tons of steel frame to reinforce the building.
Scope of Works:
- Full refurbishment of the 450 m2 property
- Loft conversion and new roof installation
- Excavation and construction of a 75 m2 basement dugout
- Installation of a full air conditioning system throughout
- Bespoke carpentry and joinery throughout the property
